Learn how successful coaches started out and learn from their success!
Name: Kelli Blocher
Location: Denver, Colorado, USA
Q. Why did you become a coach?
A. I became a health coach mainly to help inspire others to dig deep in finding their own healthy lifestyle. Everyone is different and we all have different needs and desires where I wanted to help coach individuals to find what works for them. I am very passionate about helping individuals who have digestive sensitivities (IBS, Celiac, Inflammation, etc.) and wanted to put together programs that are specifically tailored to meeting their needs. Our digestive health is so complex and there is a lot of conflicting information out there so I have designed programs to help save people the time, energy, and frustration of dealing with sensitivities.
Q. Aside from coaching what do you love doing?
A. I love getting out into nature! Whether it walks by the ocean or hikes in the mountains, nature is always a place to make me feel energized and alive.
Q. What was the scariest thing about starting your business?
A. Will it truly be successful? How will I truly get my message out?
Q. What would you tell someone who is just starting out as a coach?
A. We are all given a certain passion/talent that we must share with the world! Be patient with the process and be patient with yourself. I have changed many things from when I first started my business as clarity came along the way. It’s a beautiful process! Be open to change and most of all, don’t be afraid to seek out what you are supposed to do.
Q. What is the best thing about your business?
A. Fulfillment. Time stops when I am “working” and I truly enjoy every moment. I love working with clients and helping them create a new lifestyle that works for them, watching their progress, and seeing them grow stronger and find healing. I also love the creative side my business pulls out of me. It’s so fun when a new idea sparks or I start a new project as it allows me to feel limitless.
Q. What exciting plans are you working on at the moment?
A. I am in the process of writing a new book on digestive health and how to find healing! I am also currently working on a new membership site for my coaching clients that will have video tutorials and specialized links.
